Well we did go to Antigonish on the week-end. Stayed up Saturday night and had a great time with Bob & Pam. It's always so much fun.
This card I made last week...I do have some more new stamp sets to showcase this week. Pretty easy card...the layering dresses it up a bit. The flower was stamped on vellum and then colored in from behind with markers. Getting the vellum damp makes it curl and gives nice shape to a flower. For the centre I used a half pearl from the "Pretties" kit. I layered the flower onto a scalloped circle punch and paper pierced each scallop. The big circle and scallop was cut using a sizzix die from Stampin' Up. Designer paper for the background and the new oval scallop punch to layer the stamped image from the new "Oval All" stamp set. The cardstock colors are Chocolate Chip and More Mustard.
